What you need to do before we arrive

We’ll need full access to all areas of the vehicle, so please ensure it’s clear of any personal belongings. Please remove any charge supply whilst the service is in progress.

What happens on the day

Our technician will contact you the day before the appointment to confirm an arrival time.

They’ll assess the location to make sure it’s safe to continue with the work. Photographs of the vehicle will be taken before and after the work is done.

Rearranging or cancelling your appointment

  •  You can cancel or amend your appointment up to midday the day before your booking
  • Just call 0800 151 0635 to speak to the team and quote your booking reference number
