What you need to do before we arrive

We’ll need full access to the front of the vehicle, so please ensure the vehicle is parked allowing room for our technician to access and for the bonnet to be raised.

What happens on the day

Our technician will contact you the day before the appointment to confirm an arrival time.

They’ll assess the location to make sure it’s safe to continue with the work. Photographs of the vehicle will be taken before and after the work is done.

Rearranging or cancelling your appointment
