What you need to do before we arrive

We’ll need access to the boot, so there needs to be adequate space behind the vehicle. Please ensure the boot is clear of any personal belongings. Please don’t drive the vehicle in the hour before we get there.

What happens on the day

Our technician will contact you the day before the appointment to confirm an arrival time.

They’ll assess the location to make sure it’s safe to continue with the work. Photographs of the vehicle will be taken before and after the work is done.

Rearranging or cancelling your appointment

•  You can cancel or amend your appointment up to midday the day before your booking
