The Mechanic.

3.9/5

After successfully managing a MOT station and an extremely busy work shop, I decided to set up an MOT station of my own and to make it a modern looking, state of the art station. I wanted to set up a station with the following things in mind – transparency as from experience. I have come to realise garages generally have a bad reputation with regards to what they actually do on cars, so I wanted to have a completely transparent feel. So we educated customers with exactly what was required for their vehicles and exactly what work we would carry out. Secondly my main objective was to have customers fully satisfied with the service they would receive and feel comfortable to walk into the garage. To cater for that we have a lounge with TV, literature and free wifi, whereby customers can relax and watch the work being carried out to their vehicles. We also have state of the art, up to date diagnostic equipment, for all vehicle manufacturers, and for certain manufacturers we have the same diagnostics equipment the dealers use.
